Some highlights from my 19 years at Straus Family Creamery
MilkTok
As Marketing Manager, I saw that a devoted customer’s TikTok videos of cream-top milk were turning into a viral trend. I came up with the idea to reach out to them and directed my marketing coordinator to make the connection. The relationship grew into earned coverage from ABC7 News, The Press Democrat, and Yahoo Life, with no paid campaign.
Design & Packaging
Hands-on design work across Straus’s brand. I updated the packaging artwork for the Non-GMO Project seal removal across nearly 50 products, designed the eggnog bottle collar, event T-shirts, and holiday cookie tins, and created the icons for product features and benefits. I also co-designed the Straus 30th anniversary logo with a colleague.
Expo West
Planned and managed Straus’s dual-booth presence at the industry’s largest natural food show for 19 years, including booth design, staffing, and logistics, and trained the team to run it on their own.
Female Farmer Campaign
Conceived and developed an original campaign spotlighting the women dairy farmers in the Straus farm network, timed to the UN’s 2026 International Year of the Female Farmer.
Hollywood Table
Website, brand positioning, and messaging for a culinary partnership venture connecting celebrity chefs with senior living communities, founded by John Scatena.
